2025 Open Enrollment

Enroll from Wednesday, October 9 to Wednesday, October 23, 2024

Open Enrollment is a yearly process that gives you the opportunity to enroll in new benefits plans or make changes to your existing coverage. It is also a good time to verify that your dependents are current and that we have the current information for them. Any changes you make to your benefits will become effective January 1, 2025.

What Happens if You Don’t Take Action

If you don’t make changes by October 23, 2024, your current elections will carry over to 2025, EXCEPT:

  • Working Spouse Surcharge: If you cover a spouse or domestic partner on your medical plan, the working spouse surcharge will be automatically added to your medical premium. You are required to log into Fidelity NetBenefits and complete the attestation in the enrollment flow to determine if the surcharge is waived.
  • Health Care and Dependent Care FSAs: If you want to contribute to your Health Care and/or Dependent Care FSA for 2025, you are required to re-enroll. Your 2024 FSA coverage elections will not roll over.

If you miss this deadline, your next opportunity to make changes to your benefits will be during the next Open Enrollment window or if you experience a qualified life event.
